Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 year experience IT related experience
• Solid experience in programming and networking
• Experience Server environment support         
• Linux administration experience background 
• Experience in VMware products                
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive and independent
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Job duty:

• Monitor network, operation system and surveillance to ensure the stability of service
• Handle system operation works, e.g. back up, report generation and other system housekeeping work
• Responsible for software installation, configuration and maintenance
• Provide in-house/on-site PC & network support and maintenance
• Provide training, helpdesk, on-site support and service to users
• Troubleshooting and problem analysis
