The Job:

• Full participation in agile sprints, daily scrums, spring planning, reviews and retrospectives with technical lead, Analysis and Design as needed, providing clear articulation of product vision and direction.
• Accountable for owning and managing product backlog for products from drawdown through to final delivery to the business, customers, including prioritization of backlog items, new requirements, defects, CRs based on a variety of business, technical, commercial and customer considerations.
• Develop strong working relationships within the organization to understand the product, regulatory and competitive environment in order to design product requirements.
• Report on the status of product backlog and sprint deliverables, including business value and priorities.
• Undertake in-depth As Is To Be analysis to drive out the best-in-class sales and service digital channel experience underpinned by data.
• Production of the User Requirement document set as part of Digital Product development activity in line with committed timescales and methodology, securing approval from stakeholders as required.
• Supporting the delivery production line such as development, testing and implementation and ensuring that the digital deliverable are able to meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers.

The Person:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
• 5 years of experience in Web product development
• Deep understanding of agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes and practices
• Hands on experience working with product development teams, UX designers, software engineers and QA engineers on projects that touch on a range of technical platforms, such as digital, mainframe and server-based
