Job Description
The Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for application development and enhancement of Insurance projects. He / She will be involved in collecting user requirements, system analysis and design, system development and testing covering the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). He / She will also be involved in Presales tasks, including but not limited to conducting Proof-of Concept exercise, Solution Development, conducting presentation and demonstration to our clients, and preparing response to tenders or RFP / RFQ.

The Person:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in IT profession with a minimum of 3 year experience as system analyst or equivalent;
- Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, functional design, testing and/or implementation of Insurance systems and/or applications is a MUST;
- Possess technical knowledge in VB .Net and DB2 technology;
- Experience in Informix and Java will be an added advantage;
- Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Occasional travel to Shenzhen may be required;
- Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills.
