Roles and responsibilities:

·         Design and architect the end to end solutions for BSS/OSS including integration to external systems like GIS, ERP and network elements, MEC edge computing, IoT Platform, security and external partner portals

·         Design and architect BSS/OSS with SDN/NFV Orchestration and architecture

·         Assist in the development of an overall IoT and analytics strategy, platform, product offerings and business plan

·         Assist in the development of an overall Cybersecurity strategy, architecture, product offerings and business plan

·         Prepare and deliver high quality detailed documentation including design architecture documents, business requirement documents, solution architecture, end to end flow charts, integration documents, user stories, detailed design documents, etc.

·         Technical liaison with network, security, infrastructure, product, market, operations teams

The Person:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

·         A minimum of 12 years’ experience in IT profession

·         Experience in developing IoT, Analystics and Mobile solutions and passion for getting hands dirty with code

·         AppDev experience required. Familiarity with a low-level programming language such as C or C++, and coding/scripting ability in a higher-level language

·         Understanding of emerging IoT, Analytics and Mobile technologies and communications protocols

·         Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the cloud services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals in Singapore

·         Prior experience in a technical BSS/OSS and solution architecture role within a services organization is preferred

·         Demonstrated experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle (such as waterfall and agile approaches)

·         Experience in one or more specific IoT / embedded / M2M industry (i.e. smart home, smart factory, smart health, asset tracking, smart metering, etc.)

·         Experience programming applications backed by cloud services

·         Articulate, energetic, passionate and intellectually strong communicator and problem solver

·         Proficient in technical demonstrations with highly effective communication and presentation skill

·         Independent and good judgment of character

·         Strong skills in preparing high quality presentations, in terms of content, as well as aesthetics

·         Ability to inspire and capture people’s trust

·         Well-driven and highly motivated

·         Proficient in written and spoken English

·         Good writing skills
