Responsibilities:  

• Products/solutions assigned to you may include website, mobile apps, eCommerce site development/enhancement with Chatbot, AI and Real Time Communication (live chat) applications
• Plan the necessary customer visits and develop relevant tools (e.g. price proposals, presentations, demonstrations) to develop account relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, both for initial account penetration and for continuous usage expansion
• Be keenly aware of competitive activities to prevent churn
• Actively develop successful customer references that can be leveraged in future marketing and new account penetration activities
• Lead the pitching for new projects & enhancements to assigned existing installations that are assigned
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that project requirements and deliverable stays within scope as per the final customer purchase order/signed quotation

Requirement:  

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing Communication, Computer Science or related disciplines 
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with digital marketing agencies or business consultancies 
• Proactive personality. Achievement oriented. High organized and excellent presentation skills in English and Chinese 
• Able to work independently and be responsible to lead the project and guide the users 
• Keen interest and comprehensive understanding in digital innovation, digital transformation strategies and latest technological trends
