Responsibilities職責:

• Provide remote / on-site support and troubleshoot for hardware replacement and software upgrade for end users about IT facilities.提供遠程/即場技術支援(硬件及軟件之疑難排解等
• Perform Windows / Mac PC installation, upgrade and configuration系統之安裝, 更新及配置
• Maintain servers such as DNS, AD, File Server, Web Server and Email Server管理伺服器
• Maintain security equipment such as network firewall and anti-virus server管理保安監控裝置
• Perform network infrastructure, design and security control進行網絡基建, 設計及保安監控
• Network Setup, Data Backup and Restoration網絡設置, 資料備份及修復
• Perform system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning.進行系統保養, 監控及微調
• Support Daily IT operations, such as installation/ removal/ upgrade of hardware and software, user account management, and technical documentation update, etc.提供日常資訊科技運作, 如安裝, 移除, 升級軟硬件, 用戶戶口管理, 技術文件更新
• Coordinate with vendor on hardware maintenance support and upgrade與供應商合作支援更件保養及升級
• Handle other IT related ad-hoc tasks when required處理臨時安排相關工作

Requirements要求:

• F.5 Graduate中學畢業
• At least 2 year of extensive IT support experience, including deal with complex situations and problems in networking and operating systems.二年相關工作經驗
• Strong on problem solving and tackle difficult support cases.解難能力強
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese中英讀寫能力好
• Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working and can work independently富團隊精神、主動、勤奮、有良好溝通技巧及能獨立工作
• Immediate available preferred.可即時上班優先
• Less experience candidates will be considered as IT Support Assistant較少經驗者亦會考慮
