The successful candidate will be responsible for the support of email, cloud, virtualisation and Windows infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and support email, cloud, virtualisation and Windows infrastructure, ensuring high level of system availability, adequacy of security control and adoption of Infrastructure as Code.
• Perform capacity planning, system monitoring, performance optimization and security management for email, cloud, virtualisation and Windows infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to application development and testing activities on email, cloud, virtualisation and Windows infrastructure.
• Provide 7x24 on call support.
• Occasional shift duty is required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of IT working experience, most of which should be in email, cloud, virtualisation and Windows support.
• Experience on project management, vendor management and security control implementation for email, cloud, virtualisation and Windows infrastructure.
• Solid experience in three or more of the following areas: Exchange Server, BlackBerry, Cloud platform, Virtualisation platform, Windows Server (including Active Directory & Failover Cluster), System Center, SQL Server, Windows PowerShell scripting, Citrix, Linux, SAN, Backup software and Server hardware.
• Certification of email, cloud and virtualisation technologies an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua an added advantage.
