Job Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact to lead IT services/projects and to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
• Work closely with business teams to formulae user requirements and define project deliverables;
• Design, define and plan for project tasks and govern the quality assurance of every process;
• Prepare system development documentation and project reporting, and chair regular status reviews;
• Manage the project progress and work with team members, stakeholders and vendor solution providers to ensure project delivery;

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from Computer Science, IT or related disciplines with at least 2 years relevant Project Manager experience;
• Have track records of project delivery on major high volume Web platform and App system;
• Strong Experience in large scale system developments using PHP, Java in a multiple DBMS environment;
• Solid Experience in database systems and be familiar with Linux systems;
• Be self-initiative, result oriented, strong sense of ownership and be able to handle multiple projects in parallel;
• Excellence judgment with good reporting and escalation habit;
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills;
• Good language skills on both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Prior experience in FSI and/or handling HKEx data feed projects would have an edge;
