Duties:

• Perform implementation and planning; maintenance and support service for networking and security solutions
• Provide technical consultation, response to customer’s enquiries as well as provide user training, prepare user manual
• Work closely with vendors in different stages of the project includes implementation; troubleshooting and provide support to customer
• Communicate with clients, analyze and understand their needs and provide possible network planning solutions

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Electronics Engineering, Information Engineering, Computing Science or related disciplines with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Exposure in support complex network infrastructure projects; and familiar with routers, LAN switches, VPN servers, Firewall, load balancer, etc.
• Experience in Cisco / H3C / Huawei networking products or Cisco security products or F5 load balancer products will be an advantage
• Preferred to possess CCNP / H3CSE / HCNP / F5 Certified Technology Specialist certification
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese; good command in business English including Putonghua
• Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong
• Candidate with less experience will be also considered
