Our client is a Chinese Conglomerate, headquartered in Hong Kong, with diversified businesses like Pharmaceutical, Healthcare products and Property Development. 

They are looking for a Senior Information Technology (IT) Manager based in Hong Kong, this newly created role will report directly to the IT General Manager. 

The Job

• Formulate and adjust the Group's information management strategy;
• Responsible for the development and amendment of information planning and establishment;
• Responsible for the overall planning of information systems, information security, information flow management and knowledge management;
• Responsible for the introduction, design, development, implementation and training of information systems;
• Understand and translate the business requirements to the external vendors and support the design and usage of any new system;
• Responsible for the routine maintenance cost, management data backup and disaster recovery plan of information systems (hardware and software, databases, networks, company websites, email system, etc.);
• Aggregate and generate the annual budget and monthly financial plans for information management;
• Responsible for information collection, collation, analysis and research;
• Coordinate information management which is related to relevant government departments;
• Lead the team to strive towards goals, establish and manage a highly cohesive, collaborative, innovative, efficient, and dedicated team of professional staff that have a common goal, common values, aligned with the corporation;

• Responsible for the department staff’s training and performance appraisal;

The Person

• Bachelor degree or above, major in information management or related field, with eligibility verification information security, such as CISSP, CISA, etc;

• More than twelve years of relevant work experience, deep understanding in information technology, equipment and management, network and system security, system development and maintenance, project management;
• Candidate with experiences in Pharmaceutical or Conglomerates preferred;
• Good English and Mandarin language skills and communication skills;
• With a strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills, coordination, organization and innovation, meticulous, have a good team spirit and professionalism.
