Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist the manager on managing corporate performance and operational efficiency to achieve the business objectives
- To examine and analyze business process performance in operation on a daily basis with insights to be proposed for long or short term initiatives for business optimization
- To analyze the customer feedback, program effectiveness, etc. to support team to deliver a positive experience of the customer
- To maintain and develop the department internal web and knowledge base, support ongoing reviews of content, ease-of-use for users and optimization
- To work closely with different business and technology departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Associate degree in Computing, Information Technology, Business Analysis or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably with project management experience
- Good presentation skill for effective communication with different stakeholders
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be also considered
