A large bank urgently requires following high calibre to join their team:

Main Responsibilities: 

• Manage IT production incidents, drive resolution for service restoration and perform timely communication and escalation
• Drive root cause analysis and ensure relevant preventive actions are properly tracked, to prevent re-occurrence of production issues
• Review production change requests to ensure sufficient details for implementation, adequate impact assessment and proper approvals are in place
• Prepare service level reports on IT services provided to business units within the Group
• Participate in vendor performance review to ensure the established SLAs are met
• Perform regular process review for service improvement
• Manage the IT outsourcing vendors in the areas of incident, problem and change management as well as service desk

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor degree holder in IT or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT field, preferably in banking industry, with over 3 years in incident, problem and change management
• ITIL v3 certificate is a must
• Knowledge in defining and reviewing SLAs
• Proven experience in IT vendor management
• Strong communication and writing skills – both verbal and written
• Proactive self-starter
