Responsibilities: 

• Provide the Desktop Facilities Services at the request 

• Provide front-line implementation and support to enterprise desktop users, including, but not limited to, troubleshooting of issues and installation of hardware and software

• Install users' OA application and hardware

• Resolve users' usage issue and hardware problems 

• Provide support for other office equipment, including setup and support of projectors

• Support IT projects and initiatives, and roll out of new or enhanced desktop facilities

• Conduct a complete inventory audit of both hardware equipment and software

• Provide wifi support services

• Working schedule as 08:15 - 18:15

      Requirements: 

• College Graduate or Degree Holder (preferably)

• 1 years Practical Experience on Service Desk

• Familiar with Microsoft Window 7& Microsoft Office/Outlook 2003/2010

• With MCP (preferably)

• Communicate effectively in English

• Good Customer service skills is an advantage

• Immediate available is preferred
