• Oversees internal IT (infrastructure and software) for Hong Kong, China and UK offices
• Working closely with US team on IT project implementation
• Lead offshore subordinates and external vendors
• Strong hands-on infrastructure project and support technical skill

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal subordinates and external vendors to provide IT infrastructure and software support and Project Management 
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Develop and ensure external vendors to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Prepare disaster recovery procedures and coordinate annual disaster recovery drill
• Manage problem and change management procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ as IT manager / leader role, working experience with multinational company
• Knowledge in ITIL is preferred
• Strong hands-on technical skill in project and supporting Windows / Linux server, VMWare
• Excellent IT service delivery and facility management skill
• Strong team leading and vendor management skill
• Excellent communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
