Responsibilities:

Provide IT help-desk support and solutions services

Offer first level and second level support for problem solving

Provide software and hardware installation, system setup and configuration work

Perform technical Support and trouble shooting on network infrastructure (switch , router and firewall etc. )

Answer user questions and service requests.

Requirements :

Certificate/Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.

Minimum 2 years relevant IT experience in desktop support, server, network and system infrastructure support.

Knowledge of window OS server 2008 , 2012 , 2016

Knowledge of networking equipment, routers and switches and firewall;

Knowledge of storage technologies such as RAID and NAS;

Good communication, problem solving and documentation skills;

Work Independent, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Less experience candidates will be consider in Junior Support Engineer.
