Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide internal IT system support, system administration and technical support to end users
- Responsible for monitoring window server, firewall, network, software / hardware installation, troubleshooting, application support
- Provide external IT system support
- Installation and configuration of window server and SQL server for ELV system project
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Studies/Computer Science or above related discipline
- Familiar with Window Desktop and Microsoft Windows Server Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT technical support role
- Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft OS and applications, which include Windows Server, SQL Server installation and configuration etc
- MCSE certificate holder is preferred but not essential
- Willing to learn extra low voltage system knowledge and software. Training will be provided
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
