Our client, Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Responsibilities:-

• Provide centralised overall coordination of risk management processes
• Develop and implement banking risk management framework, strategies, policy and procedures
• Handle implementation of process to identify risk, design and implement control measures
• Monitor the on-going effectiveness of internal controls over operational risk, liquidity and financial risk, data privacy risk, third-party risk and business continuity management with business units
• Coordinate and conduct risk assessment on existing and new services
• Prepare regular reporting and metrics to present the risk posture of the company
• Provide advice to all business units on the company’s new initiatives and existing operations from a risk and control perspective

Requirements:-

• University degree preferably in risk management, computer science or related discipline
• 8+ years of risk management experience preferably gained from major financial institutions with at least 3 years’ experience at managerial level
• Expertise in various aspects of risk management as well as the services and operations of the financial sector
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and relevant global / local regulatory requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
