Our client is one of the leading investment bank from Europe and they are now looking for a Junior Business Analyst to be led by senior teammates and perform stakeholders engagement, business analysis, deployment and reporting delivery.

Responsibility:

• Assist stakeholders in understanding the challenges and functional benefits of implementing Business Profiles for role-based access
• Contribute in maintaining quality of reference data and inventories used
• Manage requirements and risks in a global/regional/local set-up and with cross-border access to applications and data
• Set up and conduct meetings and workshops with business and functions representatives
• Directly manage every aspect of the change management execution plan by following the agreed process and procedures
• Perform functional testing and obtain required sign‐off in order to guarantee a robust solution is delivered

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study
• IAM related experience is a plus
• Previous experience in an international bank preferred but not mandatory
• Around 2-3 years of experience as a BA
• Good communication skills in English
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
