Job Description
We are sourcing for an IT Support Engineer for our internal expansion!
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 to level 2 support to end users
- Troublshoot issues related to desktop, domain, server and network
- Incident diagnosis and resolution
- Perform system and hardware updates, upgrades, and monthly check up
- Provide regional infrastructure support when necessary
- Participate in various relocation and migration projects
- Document all reported incidents and service requests via ticketing system
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 2+ years experience in IT technical support
- Good knowledge on Windows desktop operating systems and servers
- Good knowledge on computer hardware and networking
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good command of verbal English and Cantonese
