Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing strategy, overseeing all digital channels and making sure that the Company's core objectives of awareness raising and income generation are met.
• Responsibility for B2B Go To Market Strategy and various demand generation / lead generation digital marketing practices for our financial trading platform in global market (outside Hong Kong and China)
• Creating strong campaigns in-keeping with brand values.
• Manage performance marketing spend to ensure achievement against commercial goals.
• Lead the development of new digital channels, analyzing and scaling the ones that deliver significant ROI
• Working closely alongside software development team regarding UAT and measuring impact of any changes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of integrated online marketing experience, preferably in financial field
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a strategic marketing plan;Experience in digital product management and digital marketing is preferred
• Experience in an operational role, preferably within a sales environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent numeracy skills Ability and experience to manage and deliver customer engagement campaigns (multi-channel: ABT, BTL, Social, PR, Digital especially on paid search, display, performance marketing area)
• Strong process orientation, with the ability to create scalable numerical models
• Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over specific activities
• Exposure to business performance improvement projects, incorporating system and process implementation
• Ability to apply direct marketing & marketing theoretical models to strategic marketing planning
• Understanding of Marketing and Advertising related legal acts
• Excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to influence co-workers from multiple disciplines and experience presenting to senior management
• Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills with a service focus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Management experience
• Knowledge of MS Office suite - expert Excel skills a must
• Digital / online experience, a passion for Digital Media a plus
