Responsibilities: 

• Work with key business stakeholders to document, analyse, and develop performance metrics
• Analyse and document business rules and terms used by each lines of business that relate to data, relationships, and functional processes
• Work across multiple projects and functions as required to deliver insights and strategy solutions
• Develop dashboards to visualize client data as required
• Work with leading technology solutions to deliver BI solutions
• Bring others (internal team and customers) along on the data journey while delivering solutions
• Be a leader across the team to drive business growth and deliver world class solutions

 Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably Information Technology, Business Process Management, Business Management, Urban Studies, Planning, Statistics or equivalent experience in Data and Analytics
• Minimum 3 years of working experience within any of the following areas Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Performance Management, Strategy, Business Planning, Technology Project Management
• Familiar with data management and BI tools eg. Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Pentaho, Pandora, Colibra, Domo, Erwin Data Modeler
• Familiar with developing, maintaining, understanding relational, object oriented, hierarchal, and network data models
• Understanding of Microsoft sql, Oracle sql, mysql, dax, and other primary data protocol code preferred
• Able to work as leader, engage with Senior Management, and keep a truly team oriented work attitude
• Multitasker able to work in fast changing environment
• Good command of written and spoken English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency excellent addition
