Responsibilities:

• Comply with the quality system consistent with the requirements of the Work Practices Manual
• Providing standard report outlining HP services to all standard service levels defined in the Service Level Agreement
• Providing information that describes change activity for the midrange systems to include a description of change, system affected, data and time of change, duration of change, and status of change
• Ensure Data Centre resources, hardware and human are best utilized to meet customer service level
• Plan, direct and co-ordinate all Data Centre activities and oversees, approves all implementation that will affect the Data Centre
• Manage a team of Operation Support, Computer Operators in providing quality services to the Data Centre customers
• Monitoring the progress and efficiency of the relevant team, to ensure that objectives are met and costs minimized, whilst maintaining quality requirements
• Act as secondary system security officer to control all super id of accessing the production system
• Provide day-to-day supervision of staff assigned to his/her area of control
• Comply with the quality system consistent with the requirements of the AP Region Management Manual
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding issues affecting the quality of service to the client 

Requirements:

• Degree graduation or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• MCSE / CCNA / RHCE / CISSP are preferred
• 10 years data center operation working experiences with over 3 years operation lead ages
• Experience on manage data center facility, including CRAR, FM200, CCTV, Water Detective, Fire proof materials, VESDA and so on
• Able to manage and control operator work flows
• Able to audit physical security on system, environment, and operation
• Good command and communicate skill between operator and counter parties in company
• Self-disciplined on bank wide rules, security control and defined SLA to business
