Job Duties:

• Manage the IT infrastructure & office systems strategies and to standardize the system's platforms.
• Responsible for handling internal and external technical support requests for numerous products and applications.
• Establish the system & service monitoring, and the controlling process for minimizing the outage of IT services

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 year experience in technical support , preferably in manufacture or operation background
• Knowledge of OS in Windows Server/Workstation
• Knowledge of Networking in TCP/IP and Device (Router, Switch)
• Solid experience in troubleshooting end user computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge in front and back office integration
• Good sense of organization, communication and task priority
• Good command in English and Mandarin written and verbal skill is a plus
• A fast learner and able to work independently within a tight schedule
• Daily travel to China – Shenzhen is required
