Job Requirements:

• Implement business application projects according to customer’s requirements;
• Provide technical support and training to customers;
• Provide documentation for project development;
• Perform analysis on problems reported by users and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations;
• Working with large demanding customers and product team for enhancement discussions/solution planning;
• Experience in Network Infrastructure and Computer Hardware support will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science and Information Technology or relevant discipline;
• Programming knowledge is an advantage;
• Travel between Hong Kong, PRC & Macau;
• Self motivated with good time management;
• Work well under pressure;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Putonghua & English.
