Responsibilities:

• Assist on administration tasks such as asset tracing & matching with purchase records, report generation, filing, updating and improving asset/ license
• Verify the contract information shown in system ; Work with corresponding parties to correct the mismatched information
• Review the Internet domain information and monitor the unavailable domains
• Verify the hardware and software inventory record
• Prepare Video Conferencing usage report

Requirements:

• Good skill in Microsoft Office Application
• Able to verify/clean up data by using the features in Excel application
• Able to read current system log and consolidate to usage report using Excel
• Preferably have basic information technology equipment/ product knowledge
• Summer intern (July & August)
