About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Developer for continued development of the firm's Practice Management/ERP system as well as other in house systems.   The role is to develop new reports & customizations based on the business requirements of the firm. The main report development tool will be MS SSRS and the prime development skills are XML and .Net. 

The role provides the opportunity to extend your report & system development skills working with a team of talented professionals on numerous challenging projects.

You will: 

• Design and develop customisations and reports that meet the business requirements.
• QA and testing of developed components to ensure product quality
• Communicate progress and issues to the project manager, the team leader and other team members as appropriate.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with SQL Server database and tools.
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• XML programming skills
• Experience working on medium / large project teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Pro-active, solution-oriented, analytic approach to problems.
• Strong focus on quality.
• Strong work ethic.
• Experience working for a professional services firm
• XSLT skills preferred
• Business Analysis skills preferred
• Experience with Access & VB & Word ML preferred
• NET, SharePoint & K2 development skills preferred
