The successful candidate will work as business analysis and agile test developer to create innovation solution.  He/she will join a curious and innovative team of software professionals dedicated to improving design, analytics, development, coding testing that aims at developing the high quality of software and product. You will work with the team and the stakeholders to ensure that all project activities managed in a timely fashion and high quality of work.

Requirements:

• Be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced start-up and entrepreneurial environment.
• 3 years or more hands on experience in business analysis, including collecting user requirements, preparing test plan, performing SIT, conducting training, and providing support to end-users.
• Strong analytical, problem solving skill, negotiation skill and business acumens.
• Mature, independent and be a strong team player with good written and oral communication/presentation skills.
• Experience in UI, unit testing and performance automation testing tools in an agile development environment will be an advantage.
• Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript/ Python.
• Experience with continuous integration tools like – Jenkins.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning with Python.
• University Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent.

Job Duties:

• Understand the end-user environments in both business and technical perspectives.
• Defining business requirements and perform analysis to propose solutions for the business problems with implementation plan. Interact with stakeholders as necessary to plan the user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate projects and liaise with different parties to meet the budgeted resources, schedule and quality of the project.
• Assist in SIT and UAT testing including test plan preparation and deployment preparation.
• Design, maintain, execute and report issues on manual and automated test cases for functional and end-to-end tests.
• Conduct training workshops for in-house application users, and document business procedures and user manuals.
