Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide IT support on desktop computers, software, hardware and internally developed applications
- Troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, networking equipment
- Responsible for PCs configuration management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT with 1-2 years’ PC support experience
- Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end users support
- Good presentation and problem solving skills
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- HK permanent resident is required
