Responsibilities:

• Lead a QA resources to execute test cases and make sure the tasks are completed on time
• Develop a test strategy and plan for UAT testing activities
• Develop detailed test cases according to defined system requirement specification
• Manage the test project’s risk and quality against project scope, budget and schedules
• Report on testing status and progress to senior management
• Establish measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business, corporate and / or team goals
• Responds to software quality assurance issues with related groups such as development, database, integration and user support

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, information technology or other related disciplines
• 10 years of experience in relevant experience
  
• Insurance business knowledge an advantage
• Experience in leading teams and building relationships with people at a variety of levels
• Experience working in large scale and complex systems environment and demonstrated ability to deliver large scale test projects on time and with quality 
• Experience in test automation tools using QTP/VBA/C#/ Java
  
• Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of software development live cycle and quality assurance process, methodologies and best practices
• No Cantonese required (Only accept candidate who is permanent resident)
