Your Mission:

• Resolve technical issues related to products, web application service platform and its infrastructure for deployment to customers
• Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring systems to secure company’s mission critical web application service platform from unscheduled outage and SLA violating performance issues
• Develop / Implement tools to automate / speed-up system diagnostics and application troubleshooting
• Work closely with development team on optimization of client facing applications' efficiency, scalability, stability and availability
• Document the system administration and deployment procedures and review/revise from time to time
• Lower the cost of ownership for both in-house IT resources and customer deployments
• Support the infrastructure for company’s various Big Data initiatives
• Support pre-sales/post-sales activities
• Manage and house keep company’s digital assets
• Develop, test and execute disaster recovery plans
• Coordinate infrastructure support and maintenance activities with team members from multiple geographic region

Your Profile:

• Bachelor of Science/Master of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or related subjects
• Proven solid hands-on experience in Linux server administration (3 years+)
• Fluent in Linux commands and shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with supporting web architecture, e.g. Apache HTTP, Apache Tomcat, Jetty, Node.js, Ngrix, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, Oracle
• Knowledge of DNS, HTTP and SMTP
• Experience in working with ticket system e.g. Jira, Zendesk
• Hands-on experience with Amazon/Azure/Aliyun cloud infrastructure administration
• Hands-on experience with system-level troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools e.g. Zenoss, Nagios, Opsview
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools e.g. Puppet, Chef, Ansible and Salt
• Hands-on experience/knowledge with log collection and analysis tools e.g. Elastic Search, LogStach, Beat
• Good command in reading and written English and Chinese
