Duties

• Install and maintain clients’ desktop PCs, servers, printers, network switches, routers, firewall, OS applications and etc.
• Provide phone, email and onsite IT support and installation
• Troubleshooting and problem solving related to desktop, servers, network application and etc
• Support operations and maintenance of network systems and infrastructure
• Administer of Mail, Web, App servers and network infrastructure for hosting operations
• Perform routine network health check monitoring and preventive maintenance for hosting operations

Requirements

• Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant working experience preferred (Fresh Graduate will also be considered)
• Knowledge on PC hardware, software and computer networking will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies will be advantageous
• Willing to work flexible hours and standby after office hours
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
