Our client, a leading network system integrator, has been operating for over 20 years and with a strong foothold in HK & China.  To cope with the continued business expansion, they are now looking for talents to join their professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish strong client relationship to effectively boost service excellence
• Oversee the delivery of service and service technology to our clients and ensure that all services in scope are delivered and aligned with the SLA
• Act as the primary interface and bridge between the clients and the operational delivery teams during service delivery cycle
• Identify, investigate, escalate and resolve major issue in order to maintain consistently high service performance standard and high level of customer satisfaction
• Collect and evaluate customer feedback to continually improve service quality, staff productivity and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide quality services to clients 

Requirements:

• University graduate in IT, Management, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in IT service management
• Previous working experience in System Integrator or IT Distributor environment will be an advantage
• Practical knowledge in ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 is preferred
• Holder of ITIL v3 Foundation certification is compulsory, PMP or PRINCE 2 certification is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, independent and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Service Delivery Manager
