Our client, a leading network system integrator, has been operating for over 20 years and with a strong foothold in HK & China.  To cope with the continued business expansion, they are now looking for talents to join their professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support on hardware, software and network infrastructure services to corporate client
• Provide day-to-day technical support on router or firewall configuration and troubleshooting, perform network/system capacity monitoring, network/system preventive maintenance etc.
• Handle client’s enquiries, monitor project progress and provide suggestions for improvement
• Implement network changes, perform testing, install and configure equipment, prepare document and provide maintenance support for client’s infrastructure and system
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing leading ICT products including network infrastructure products, network security products, virtualized computing system and operations support system etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum one year relevant working experience in IT Network or Infrastructure field with good knowledge in switches, routers, wireless equipment and firewall
• Holder of CCNA or CCNP is highly preferred
• Possess associate-level vendor certificate in Cisco, H3C, Huawei, Juniper, Fortinet, Arists, Ruckus or related enterprise-grade network vendor would be an advantage
• A quick learner to explore new technologies and solutions
