- General Computer Helpdesk
- Software updates, latest security patches, anti-virus, etc. to ensure that all machines are up to date and protected.
- Assist in updating user passwords
- Setup systems, phones
- Occasional travel to Shenzhen
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OSX
• Knowledge of MS Office 2016
• Knowledge of iPhones, iPads, Android
• Knowledge of networking hardware and concepts
• Knowledge of internet browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer) and how to resolve issues with them
• Knowledge of cloud based technology platforms
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
Desired (but not required):
• Network support experience
• Experience with Active Directory
Experience:
• 1-2 years working as a helpdesk or desktop support technician or degree in Information Technology (can be in progress).
