Responsibilities:

• Daily system administration, local / overseas IT team technical support
• Facilitate in planning, implementation and improving on database / Exchange Email server administration and setup installation.
• Manage Network Router / Firewall / Webproxy / VPN system configuration.
• Implement upgrades and new network infrastructure at local or oversea factories. Deployment of system changes and assist in IT project activities
• Travel abroad to conduct system training /setup enhancement and IT auditing with minimum supervision
• Provide trouble shooting service, analyze system logs and identify potential issues in IT/Networking and support off-site users.
• Provide backup and disaster recovery support and developing new solution to adapt new change/challenge.
• Provide off-hours operational support on emergency support call and system deployment events as requested.
• When necessary, refer problem to vendor and supplier support services and monitor problem resolution to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standard of service

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3 years of working experience in system support on Windows Servers
• At least 2 years solid working experience in Exchange Email servers administration, plus knowledge in Oracle Database Administration will be distinct advantage.
• Prefer open minded and responsible person, able to work independently and travel to overseas.  Fluent in English and Mandarin with sound communication skill with different level of users.
• Holder of MCSE/CCNA/Oracle OCA is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Server and VM Virtualization Platforms, and sound knowledge in Cisco IP network technologies will be an advantage
