Responsibilities:

• Implement, enhance and support servers, storage, networking devices to maintain system standards;
• Handle system installation, upgrade and security patches update for Windows Servers and network security appliance;
• Participate system administrative activities including system backup, system healthy check according to technical requirement;
• Provide ad-hoc support to end user support team.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder, IT related major is preferable;
• Minimum 2 years of experience on system support and administration;
• Solid Administrative work on Windows Server platform;
• Hands on experience of TCP/IP routing, LAN/ WAN troubleshooting and administrating Active Directory, Group Policy;
• Technical knowledge Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, Firewall is definite advantage;
• Strong analytical mind and sense of responsibility and enthusiastic in technological advancement;
• Team player, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Client focus, good inter-personal & communication skills.
