The Role

• Supervise the Sales Support team who provides support to our business partners
• Initiative to know the HF marketable products thoroughly for sales support
• Provide product training to business partners on corporate sales aspects
• Develop sales support matrix to enhance departmental / cross functional activities
• Assist in assessing, formulating and evaluating for a smooth daily operation of the team
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks when required
• Build up sales support morale for the company’s profitability and goal achievement

The Candidate

• Tertiary education with at least 4 years of work experience in insurance brokerage field
• Profound up-to-date knowledge of insurance products on markets
• Well awareness of latest business guidelines from major insurers including underwriting, sales process, compliance, payment, etc
• Process analytical mind for product evaluation and comparison
• Outspoken with sound presentation skills
• Team oriented with good working altitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fast learner; self-motivated and able to work independently
