Job Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Business Development and Client Relationship team (“Team”) on various business development/sales and client relationship management activities
• Provide assistance to analytics work on existing client and prospect database to identify target corporations and potential opportunities
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Support other initiatives and activities the Team
• You will help to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions
• You will also interact with and learn from many people across teams to understand Mercer’s solutions and value proposition and how we can help our clients

Job Requirements

• Progressing towards an undergraduate/post-graduate degree in Business Administration/ /Finance/Actuarial Science/Computer Science related field, with an interest in developing a career in the consulting business. Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Open mindedness and willing to learn new things
• Work well in a team setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (PPT, Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in Excel VBA is preferred
• Basic business acumen
• Proficient in both written and oral English and Chinese
