Job Description
Responsibilities:
To provide good quality of insurance renewal service to our existing clients and ensure the renewal service can be conducted smoothly and compliance with company service pledge;
Respond to inquiries and interpret contracts and provide benefits or claims information upon requested by customers, insured and policyholders in a timely, accurately and courteous manner;
Prepare and maintain administrative related accurate materials such as contract, benefit brochures and related documents to clients;
Assist in the process of new products launch and maintain a good relationship with new business partners and internal customers;
Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation and a systematic filing system;
Perform other job related duties or special projects upon as request;
Requirements:
Preferably an university graduate or equivalent;
At least 3 years of relevant experience in general insurance renewal administration;
Preferably with insurance claims or renewal working experiences;
Holding a valid insurance licenses (IIQE Paper I & II) will be an advantages;
Self-starter, team player and attentive to details;
Strong communication and customer service skills;
Strong analytical skills and good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Candidate with more than 5 years relevant experiences will be considered as Senior Operations Specialist
