Job Duties

• Provide extensive policy administrative support to both corporate and individual clients.
• Prepare insurance policy quotations, new business, endorsements, renewals, reinsurance arrangements and claims documents in effective manner
• Handle enquiries via in/outbound calls/mails on policy administration and underwriting issues in professional manner
• Support day to day operations including reviewing/screening of policy documents to ensure service deliverables.
• Manage and monitor premium collection, settlement/refund process.
• Support on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

• Higher diploma holder or above
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance policy administration of general insurance
• Experience in insurance policy administration of Life insurance will be an advantage
• Possessed IIQE is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer orientated, responsive, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Able to handle multi-task
• Independent and self-motivated
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC skills including MS Excel, Word & Chinese input
• Good administrative mind-set with a team-player attitude
