Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, Employee Benefits.
• Responsible for customer services, data integration, producing document and reports.
• Data processing in company system.
• File management and archiving.
• Coordination with product provider (e.g. insurer and medical panel).

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder (fresh graduate is welcome).
• Experience in employee benefits or insurance industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in data mastering applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, Access, csv file.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Pleasant and positive, self-motivated and a good team player.
