Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business development of medical insurance through different distribution channels to achieve the business targets.
• Coordinate product launch related marketing activities
• Provide services to customers and intermediaries
• Maintain close relationship with key business partners
• Develop new business sources
• Handle customer complaints
• Prepare management reports and presentations, review and set up administrative procedures to increase the customer service quality
• Implement customer services related projects with internal and external parties
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above with insurance
• At least 3 years experience in Medical underwriting and business development
• With strong leadership, can deliver results under pressure
• Excellent judgment, problem solving and decision-making
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
