• Liaise with insurance product providers to ensure smooth process of new business
• Ensure accuracy of team members' work
• Review and implement work flows and procedures for ensuring business activities are processed in compliance with regulators' guidelines
• Perform day to day departmental / cross functional including IT
• Lead the Operation and IT to achieve the company goals in an efficient manner
• Ensure effective and efficient use of resources for programs and services
• Assist in assessing, formulating and evaluating the impact of recommended or implemented policies
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks when required 

The Candidate

• Tertiary education with at least 5 years of work experience in similar field
• Insurance broker and product knowledge a must
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines with strong problem solving skills
• Independent and well organized; ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fast learner; self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
