Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide a professional customer service (general insurance related) to our premium customers;
- To handle customer enquiries and resolve customer disputes cases;
- To input insurance policy in internal system;
- To generate new proposal for potential clients;
- To provide general-insurance-related support for consultants. (i.e. proposal generation, filing and scanning)
- Assist in daily operation (i.e. Quotation, renewal, claims)
Requirements :
- High School Certificate holder or above;
- Fresh graduate is highly considered
- Cantonese communication skills would be essential;
- Good command of written English;
- Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill;
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
- Salary range: 12K – 18K depends on experience
- Working Hour: Mon-Fri (9.30am-6:30pm) Sat (9:30am-1:00pm)
