Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide a professional customer service (general insurance related) to our premium customers;
  • To handle customer enquiries and resolve customer disputes cases;
  • To input insurance policy in internal system;
  • To generate new proposal for potential clients;
  • To provide general-insurance-related support for consultants. (i.e. proposal generation, filing and scanning)
  • Assist in daily operation (i.e. Quotation, renewal, claims)

Requirements :

  • High School Certificate holder or above;
  • Fresh graduate is highly considered 
  • Cantonese communication skills would be essential;
  • Good command of written English;
  • Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
  • Salary range: 12K – 18K depends on experience
  • Working Hour: Mon-Fri (9.30am-6:30pm) Sat (9:30am-1:00pm)
