Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide quality account services to corporate accounts on employee benefits program
- Handle policy renewal to retain profitable accounts
- Lead customer relations and communication with brokers
- Participate in the ad hoc projects where necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in Employee Benefits related to Business Development and Account Servicing of group life and medical insurance businesses
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline, preferable with professional insurance qualifications
- Good customer service and communication/presentation skills
- Strong attention to details and accuracy of daily administration work
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
