Main Responsibilities:

• Provide quality account services to corporate accounts on employee benefits program
• Handle policy renewal to retain profitable accounts
• Lead customer relations and communication with brokers
• Participate in the ad hoc projects where necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in Employee Benefits related to Business Development and Account Servicing of group life and medical insurance businesses
• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline, preferable with professional insurance qualifications
• Good customer service and communication/presentation skills
• Strong attention to details and accuracy of daily administration work
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
