Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaison with clinicians for network administrative issues
- Follow-up with clients for daily medical scheme operation
- Handle medical claims assessment and enquiries from corporate or clinics
- Handle medical pre-approval procedure and relevant administrative tasks accordingly.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in health science or medical related discipline
- Past working experience in healthcare or medical insurance industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Familiar with MS applications, i.e. Word & Excel
- Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Candidate with more profound working experience and knowledge in the area will be considered as Officer position
