Responsibility:

• Provides policy administration for new policies, endorsements, renewals and reinsurance arrangement for life products with quality manner and within the service standard
• Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team
• Handle enquiries on policy administration and underwriting issues from clients, intermediaries and internal team members in a quality and professional manner to achieve service excellence
• Assist team leader in reviewing work flow and prepare reports 

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above, professional insurance qualification or having passed IIQE Paper I & III, is an advantage
• 1-2 years of working experience, experience in life insurance or wealth management is an advantage.
• Experience in customer services or insurance policy administration is preferred
• Fresh university graduate will also be considered
• Knowledge of Excel, words
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is an advantage
