Job Duties:

• Conduct market intelligence, product comparisons and provide necessary support in all operations (including funds operations)
• Provide support for distribution channels in achieving business goals
• Participate in product and proposition design, focusing on customer needs and balancing various stakeholders’ viewpoints
• Support delivery of product initiatives and manage product projects according to requirements and product development standards
• Manage and coordinate product development process by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensure quality and efficient deliverables
• Monitor and follow up product project plan deliverables including early notification of problems and risk mitigation strategies
• Assist to formulate and execute product strategy and communications to channels
• Undertake post implementation reviews and ongoing tracking on products’ profitability and competitiveness
• Prepare submission and obtain approval of product materials for regulatory review.
• Assist in any ad hoc projects / marketing campaigns and provide support to other teams as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate or above, preferably in Business Administration / Marketing / Statistics / Actuarial or related discipline
• Insurance industry professional qualifications (e.g. LOMA, CFA etc.) is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in product development and marketing in life insurance industry
• Knowledge on ILAS or whole life product development would be definite advantage
• Attentive to details, independent and good project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
