Company Description

Our client, a general insurer with good working culture and is hiring for a Claims Officer for their personal line business. They are keen to speak to candidates with at least 1 year of claims experience preferably in general insurance – personal lines. Candidates with in-house/ broker experience who are looking for a better platform/ multinational company experience are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims settlement processes to achieve equitable disposition of claims in accordance of company and local regulations
• Review claims cases within authority limits
• Work closely with internal units and external partners/vendors including brokers, policyholders, legal professional etc

Requirements

• University degree holder
• At least one year of claims experience in general insurance (personal line experience preferred)
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Qualification of ANZIIF/ACII would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player and with attention to details
