Job Description
- Develop and implement action plan to achieve business target.
- Monitor and analyze agency performance measures and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Inspire and maintain high morale amongst the agency force through the implementation of appropriate initiatives and incentives.
- Build a team that is strongly results focused and understands the drivers of business value.
- Actively participate in and contribute to any projects as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
- University graduate in business related disciplines.
- Minimum of 8 years’ agency management experience in the insurance industry.
- Result oriented with strong initiative and proactive approach.
- Proactive and presentable with fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
